Guatemalan Roman Catholic bishop
Mario Enrique Ríos Montt, C.M. was a Guatemalan Roman Catholic prelate, public figure and human rights activist. He served as an auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Guatemala and was the brother of former general Efraín Ríos Montt, a dictator accused of genocide in Guatemala during the period when he was in power from March 1982 to August 1983.
