María Eugenia Campos Galván, commonly known as Maru Campos, is a Mexican politician and lawyer affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). She has served as Governor of the State of Chihuahua since 2021, becoming the first woman to hold the position. Before that, she was a federal deputy in the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress from 2013 to 2016, and later served as mayor of Chihuahua City from 2016 to 2021, elected the first female and the first person to be democratically re-elected for a second term.
