Mammad Hamid oghlu Alakbarov was a Soviet Azerbaijani bureaucrat and pedagogue who was the first Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan (1953-1955), Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR (1952-1953) and Minister of Education of the Azerbaijan SSR (1947-1952).
