Lucas Purugganan "Luke" Bersamin is a Filipino lawyer and jurist who served as the 40th executive secretary of the Philippines under President Bongbong Marcos from 2022 until 2025. He previously served as the 25th chief justice of the Philippines from 2018 and 2019 and as an associate justice from 2009 to 2018.
