Little Saint Hugh of Lincoln
Child saint and murder victim · Lived 1246 to 1255 · aged 9
Little Saint Hugh of Lincoln is read about 119 times a day, in 12 languages.
Counted to August 24, 2026, not since.
The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 60 days, one point a day.
Something wrong?Hugh of Lincoln was an English boy whose death in Lincoln was falsely attributed to Jews. He is sometimes known as Little Saint Hugh or Little Sir Hugh to distinguish him from the adult saint, Hugh of Lincoln. The boy Hugh was not formally canonised, so "Little Saint Hugh" is a misnomer.
