He is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and its sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH), where he performs as his alter ego "Blackheart" Lio Rush and is the current ROH World Television Champion in his first reign. He also makes sporadic appearances for the independent circuit. He is best known for his tenure in WWE, where he was the youngest NXT Cruiserweight Champion, served as the manager of Bobby Lashley, and was the winner of the 2018 WWE United Kingdom Championship Invitational.
