Lígia Arcângela Lubrino Dias Fonseca is a Cape Verdean lawyer, activist, and politician who has served as the First Lady of Cape Verde from 2011 until 2021. Fonseca became the first female president of the Cape Verdean Lawyers' Association (OAC), the country's national bar association, in 2001. She is married to Cape Verdean former President Jorge Carlos Fonseca.
