Lho Shin-yong was a South Korean politician and diplomat who served as the prime minister of South Korea from 1985 to 1987. A member of the Democratic Justice Party, he served as the minister of foreign affairs from 1980 to 1982 and as the director of the Agency of National Security Planning from 1982 to 1985.
