Lars Gabriel von Haartman

Lars Gabriel von Haartman was a Finnish statesman and administrator who served in the Finnish Senate under Russian rule. As head of the finance department from 1840 to 1858, he was the dominant figure in Finnish economic administration during the reign of Nicholas I.
