About this person
Karl Thomas Jacobs, born July 19, 1998, went by GamerBoyKarl before joining MrBeast's on-screen crew and riding that visibility into his own channel. He built primarily Minecraft content, then created Tales from the SMP, an anthology series set in the Dream SMP that caught enough traction to become a Dark Horse Comics run. He also co-hosted the Banter podcast with Sapnap and GeorgeNotFound, carving out a niche in the streaming ecosystem that started with someone else's spotlight and ended with his own publishing deal.
