Blanc worked as an executive coach for Real Social Dynamics, a Los Angeles company, before stepping out on his own. In 2015 he launched a YouTube channel under the handle "JulienHimself" and began running seminars across multiple countries. The platform spread to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter - motivational content delivered direct, no corporate filter. He's still on the road, still talking.
