José Gustavo Guerrero was a Salvadoran diplomat and jurist who served as the last president of the Permanent Court of International Justice from 1937 to 1946 and the first president of the International Court of Justice from 1946 to 1949. He also served as President of the Assembly of the League of Nations from 1929 to 1930.
