Jorge Luis Larrionda Pietrafesa is a retired FIFA football referee from Uruguay who officiated at international matches from 1998 to 2010. He officiated at the 2006 FIFA World Cup, where he took charge of four matches, including a semifinal between Portugal and France. He then officiated at the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2010 FIFA World Cup, where he officiated two matches, including a round of 16 tie between England and Germany.
