John O'Connell Siman is an American former water polo player who competed for California State University, Fullerton and participated in the 1984 Summer Olympics, winning a team silver medal in water polo. He coached water polo and swimming for over twenty years at Buena High School, and was inducted into the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame in 1989. In 1989, he was inducted into the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame.
