Jérôme Thion is a French former professional rugby union footballer who played as a lock. He played for the France national team from 2003 to 2011, representing them at the 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cups, as well as captaining them in three tests in late 2005. He was also a part of the side that won back-to-back Six Nations Championship titles in 2006 and 2007.
