James P. Coleman

James Plemon Coleman was an American judge, the 52nd governor of Mississippi, and a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Coleman was a member of the Democratic Party and was the first Mississippi governor born in the 20th century.
