Jaime Garcia Goulart was a Portuguese Catholic prelate and missionary in Portuguese Timor who served as the first bishop of the Diocese of Dili from 1945 to 1967. Born on the island of Pico in the Azores, he entered the seminary at age 13 and was ordained a priest in 1931.
