Ivan Teodorovich

Ivan Adolfovich Teodorovich was a Russian Bolshevik revolutionary and Soviet bureaucrat who served as the first Commissar for Food at the establishment of the Council of People's Commissars. He also became a Soviet historian of the Russian revolutionary movement.
