Isaac Jogues Agbémenya Kodjo Gaglo is a Togolese Catholic prelate who serves as the Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lomé, Togo since 10 April 2026. Before that, from 3 December 2007 until 10 April 2026, he served as the bishop of Roman Catholic Diocese of Aného, Togo. He was appointed bishop by Pope Benedict XVI. He was consecrated by Cardinal Théodore-Adrien Sarr, Archbishop of Dakar on 2 February 2008. While bishop, from 6 August 2024 until 10 April 2026, he served as Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lomé, Togo. Pope Leo XIV elevated him to archbishop and transferred him to the Lome Metropolitan Province on 10 April 2026.
