Ihor Anatoliivych Skybiuk is a Ukrainian Air Assault Forces major general involved in the Russo-Ukrainian war. He commanded the Air Assault Forces from 11 February 2024 to 3 June 2025 and is a recipient of the title Hero of Ukraine and the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky.
