Maldives politician (1901–1980)
Ibrahim Muhammad Didi, also known as Velaanaagey Ibrahim Didi, was a Maldivian politician who served as the Vice President of Maldives from January 1, 1953 to September 2, 1953. He served as the acting president of the Maldives from September 2, 1953 to March 7, 1954, after the banishment of Mohamed Amin Didi. While people demanded him to be president on terms that the vacancy of the office of the President leads to the succession of the vice president to the presidency. He was the first person to serve as Vice President as well as Acting President in the Maldives.
