Canadian ice hockey player (1906–1991)
Herbert Albert Lewis was a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played for the Detroit Cougars/Falcons/Red Wings in the National Hockey League from 1928 to 1939. Born in Calgary, Alberta, Lewis journeyed to Duluth in 1924 and played with the Hornets in the USAHA where he was given the nickname "The Duke of Duluth".
