Heinrich Eggestein
German printer · Lived 1415 to 1488 · aged 73
Heinrich Eggestein is read about 2 times a day, in 5 languages.
Counted to August 18, 2026, not since.
The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 60 days, one point a day.
Something wrong?Heinrich Eggestein is considered, along with Johannes Mentelin, to be the earliest book printer in Strasbourg and therefore one of the earliest anywhere in Europe outside Mainz.
