Héctor Elpidio Acosta Restituyo, better known as Héctor Acosta "El Torito" or simply Héctor Acosta, is a Dominican singer and politician. In 2020, he was elected senator representing the Monseñor Nouel Province before the Senate of the Dominican Republic; he was reelected in 2024.
