Harbans Bhalla

Harbans Bhalla was the author of Peelay Pattar, a long Urdu epic poem, a creation realized after 14 years of writing. He was a writer, poet, philosopher, and a scholar, who wrote in the Persian, Shahmukhi and Urdu languages.
