Ancient Egyptian explorer
Hannu, Hennu, or Henenu was an Egyptian noble, serving as High steward to Mentuhotep III in the 21st and 20th centuries BC. He reportedly re-opened the trade routes to Punt and Libya for Egypt. He was buried in a tomb in Deir el-Bahri, in the Theban Necropolis, which has been catalogued as TT313.
