Frantisek Sisr is a Czech former professional cyclist, who rode professionally between 2012 and 2020 for the Team Dukla Praha, Klein Constantia, CCC-Sprandi-Polkowice and Elkov-Kasper teams. He competed in the team pursuit event at the 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, and won the Ronde van Drenthe in 2018.
