Florentino Asensio Barroso was a Spanish Catholic prelate who served as the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Barbastro. He served as a chaplain of both the Little Sisters of the Poor and the Servants of Jesus as a priest. He was made a bishop in 1935 and killed in 1936 during the Spanish Civil War.
