Count Felix Felixovich Sumarokov-Elston, later known as Prince Yusupov after his marriage, was a Russian statesman, nobleman and general. From 1915, he served as the governor-general of Moscow, a post previously held by Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich Romanov.
