María Fátima Báñez García, better known as Fátima Báñez, is a Spanish politician, economist and jurist. She was Minister of Employment and Social Security from December 2011 until June 2018, when a vote of no-confidence against Mariano Rajoy ousted the government. Since February 2025 is an external member of Iberdrola Energía Internacional, a subsidiary of Iberdrola.
