Erik Blomqvist

Erik Berthild Ruben "Blomman" Blomqvist was a Swedish track and field athlete who competed at the 1920 and 1924 Summer Olympics. In 1920 he finished eighth in the javelin throw and 16th in the shot put. Four years later he placed sixth in the javelin throw. Blomqvist won the national javelin title in 1915, 1916, 1922, 1923, 1925 and 1929, finishing second or third in between.
