Emmanuel Bushu is a Cameroonian Catholic prelate who served the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buéa, in Cameroon from 30 November 2006 until his age-related retirement on 28 December 2019. Before that, from 17 December 1992 until 30 November 2006, he was bishop of the Diocese of Yagoua, Cameroon. Pope John Paul II appointed him bishop. He was consecrated at Yagoua on 25 March 1993 by Santos Abril y Castelló, Titular Archbishop of Tamada. On 30 November 2006, Pope Benedict XVI transferred him to the Catholic Diocese of Buéa. He was installed there as the local ordinary on 30 January 2007. On 28 December 2019, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation from the pastoral care of the Diocese of Buea. He lives on as Bishop Emeritus of Buéa, Cameroon.
