Eleonor Magdalene of Neuburg

Eleonore Magdalene Therese was born 6 January 1655 and became the third wife of Leopold I, Holy Roman Emperor. Before marriage and after his death, she lived ascetically, translating the Bible from Latin to German and championing the Order of the Discalced Carmelites.
