American mathematician and aeronautical engineer
Eleanor Crockett Pressly was an American mathematician and aeronautical engineer in the sounding rocket program at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. She worked on the Aerobee rocket with James Van Allen and John W. Townsend Jr. in the late 1950s.
