Elchin Musaoglu [Guliyev] is an Azerbaijani theatre and film director, screenwriter, and producer. He is best known for the award-winning feature films The 40th Door and Nabat. In 2016, he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
