el Bananero built a following on irreverent humor and obscene language - the kind of raw, unfiltered comedy that doesn't apologize and doesn't need subtitles to land its tone.

Adrián Maximiliano Nario Pérez was born September 12, 1976, and eventually took the stage name el Bananero - "The Banana Man" - as he moved between Uruguay and the U.S. He became a producer and humorist who uploaded videos that leaned hard into vulgarity and irreverence, carving out a niche where the shock was part of the appeal. The persona stuck, the videos found their audience, and el Bananero became an internet celebrity on the strength of material that never tried to be polite.
