Dmytro Mykhailovych Lazutkin is a Ukrainian poet, sports reporter, and talkshow moderator, receiver of the Taras Shevchenko Prize (2024). He is a Major of Ukrainian Army and the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
