Defendens
3rd-century Christian martyr · Lived 250 to 286 · aged 36
Defendens is read about 4.5 times a day, in 7 languages.
Counted to June 23, 2026, not since.
The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 60 days, one point a day.
Something wrong?Defendens of Thebes is venerated as a martyr by the Catholic Church. Venerated as a soldier-saint, Defendens was, according to Christian tradition, a member of the Theban Legion, and thus martyred at Agaunum.
