Biography
About
Carloman II was born around 866, the second son of King Louis the Stammerer and Queen Ansgarde. In 879, he and his elder brother Louis III split West Francia between them and ruled as co-kings. When Louis III died in 882, Carloman took the entire kingdom for himself. His sole reign lasted two years. He died on 6 December 884.
