Jamo bey Adil bey oghlu Jabrayilbeyli was an Azerbaijani educator, methodologist, publicist and writer. It has been claimed that he wrote the lyrics of the National Anthem of Azerbaijan, which are traditionally attributed to Ahmad Javad.
