Garrard Sliger "Buster" Ramsey was an American professional football player for the College of William and Mary and Chicago Cardinals. He was defensive coordinator for three Detroit Lions championship teams in the National Football League (NFL) in the 1950s before he became the first head coach of the Buffalo Bills in the new American Football League.
