Boris Alexeyevich Smyslovsky, also known under the pseudonyms Hauptmann von Regenau and (later) Arthur Holmston, was a Russian-Finnish general, émigré and anti-communist. He commanded the pro-Axis collaborationist First Russian National Army during World War II.
