Bologhine ibn Ziri

Buluggin ibn Ziri was the first leader of the Sanhaja Berber dynasty of Zirids, serving as viceroy of Ifriqiya under the Fatimid Caliphs, and founding a dynasty that continued to rule the region after his death.
