Robert E. Krieger was an American professional football player. An end, he earned all-city honors in high school, then played college football for the Dartmouth Indians from 1937 to 1940. He signed with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL) in 1941 and was the only player on the team to start all 11 games that season. Krieger served in World War II in the United States Army Air Forces before returning to the Eagles for a second and final season in 1946.
