Bernard Bennett was an English player of snooker and English billiards, whose professional career spanned from 1968 to 1995, during which he experienced limited success as a player. He owned the Castle Snooker Club in Southampton, which opened in 1970 and was one of the first modern snooker centres. From there, he staged professional and pro-am competitions that attracted the leading players of the day.
