Baudhayana

Baudhayana was an ancient Indian mathematician and Vedic sage, believed to have lived around the 8th century BCE. He contributed to early Indian mathematics and geometry, primarily through his authorship of the Baudhayana Sutras. His birth anniversary is known as Baudhayana Jayanti or Bodhayan Jayanti or Bodhayan Janmotsav in the Mithila region.
