Aisa Hakimcan was a Tatar artist and publisher among the Tatar community of Tampere, Finland. He was known as a nationalistic cultural figure, who directed plays, wrote poetry and led Tarawih gatherings. In 1970, he took part in a conference for the 50th anniversary of Tatarstan in Kazan.
