Major General Arthur Samuel "Tubby" Allen, was an Australian Army officer and accountant. During the Second World War he reached the rank of major general and commanded Allied forces in the Syria-Lebanon and New Guinea campaigns.

During the Second World War he reached the rank of major general and commanded Allied forces in the Syria-Lebanon and New Guinea campaigns.
