Apollonios of Kition
Ancient Cypriot physician · Doctors · Lived 100 BC to 100 BC · aged 0
Apollonios of Kition is read about 3 times a day, in 9 languages.
Counted to June 20, 2026, not since.
The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 60 days, one point a day.
Something wrong?Apollonios of Kition, was a physician belonging to the Empiric school of thought. He studied medicine in Alexandria under the surgeon Zopyrus, but he lived in Kition. Another theory is that he studied medicine in Kition although it is not clear whether a medical school existed at the time.
