Anthony Snodgrass

Anthony McElrea Snodgrass FBA is a British classical archaeologist specialising in the pre-Classical periods of ancient Greece, particularly the centuries from approximately 1100 to 500 BC. He is Laurence Professor Emeritus of Classical Archaeology at the University of Cambridge, a Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge, and a Senior Fellow of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research.
